“Sambedan” the quarterly periodical Newsletter published by the State SPCA from June 1999 to December 2001, was closed due to paucity of funds w.e.f. December 2001. It was published again from last quarter of 2006 and till now two editions have already been published and the third edition is under process.The magazine covers different writings on prevention of cruelty to animals, meant for mobilisation of general public to develop sympathy towards animals. The magazine is also the mouth piece of State SPCA.
